Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Rakshpal Bahadur Management Institute (RBMI) in Greater Noida, he has cleared UGC-NETtwice and is pursuing his Ph.D. from CCS University. With a keen interest in commerce, management, and leadership, Pawan has contributed significantly to research, including publications on E-leadership and Political Economics in India.
