Dr. Shilpi Gupta, is an academician, researcher, and accomplished Soft Skills and Human Value trainer. She has been associated with academia for more than two decades now with reputed higher educational institutions namely SRMS College of Engineering, Bareilly and Inderprastha Engineering College,Ghaziabad. She earned her Doctorate inEnglish from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly in 2006 and has worked exhaustively on the ctional works of eminent contemporary Indian writer of British descent, Ruskin Bond. 

She has various research presentations and publications in national and international conferences and journals of high repute. Her areas of research include Indian Writings in English, Gender Studies and Myth in Contemporary Indian Fiction. She has been the resource person for various seminars and conferences and is a member of various professional and academic societies and associations. She is also acclaimed for conducting effective sessions on Employabilitym Skills, Personality Development, Interpersonal Skills, and Universal Human Values for Engineering Students.
