Dr. Madhulika Das has been working as an Assistant Professor of English at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad. Her qualifications include B.A., M.A. (English), B.Ed., and Ph.D. which reflects her extensive academic background and expertise in the field of English language and literature.
Dr. Das, a faculty member at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad, earned accolades, including the C.C. Chatterjee Memorial Award in undergraduate, and a Gold Medal in postgraduate studies at D.D.U. Gorakhpur University in 2008 and 2010, respectively. She obtained her Ph.D. in 2017. Previously, she served as a Guest Faculty at Delhi Technological University, Delhi. Presently, Dr. Das contributes her expertise to AKGEC, Ghaziabad, within the department of Applied Sciences and Humanities, where she continues to enrich the academic environment with her knowledge and dedication. 

Dr. Das has expertise in English Language, Literature, Communication Skills, Soft Skills, and Personality Development, and she has presented four research papers at UGC National Conferences. Her research interests primarily focus on Indian Writing in English and Gender Studies. With her diverse range of expertise and contributions to academia, she continues to enrich the academic landscape, both through her teaching and her scholarly endeavours.
