Dr Arvind Kumar Sharma has been working as an Assistant Professor of English at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Holding post graduation in English and Economics and Ph.D. in English, Dr. Sharma has spent his last 28 years honing his expertise in teaching and sharing his knowledge in reputed colleges and universities not only of India but of abroad also. He has taught English Language and Literature at ‘AlJouf University Sakaka, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’ for 6 years. In addition to his impressive academic achievements and teaching experience, he has made significant contributions to the global academic community through his 17 research papers in National and International journals of repute and one ebook ‘Khona Bhi Padega’ a collection of Hindi poems. He has had the honour of presenting his research papers at various international conferences including India, USA and Japan.

His areas of expertise are English language, English Literature, Human Psychology, Soft Skills, Personality Development and Universal Human Values.
